About your Trackstar TM100 Installation
We are approved to Category 5 standard which is a rigorously monitored VSIB accreditation and our staff will ensure that we manage the installation process for you to meet your individual needs. Whether you are simply purchasing a unit for a cherished car or require tracking in order to obtain insurance approval, we will ensure that you receive the level of service that you would expect from a specialist company.
What happens when you book online with us?
Because Trackstar is an Insurance Approved Thatcham TQA rated stolen vehicle Tracker, it must be fitted by an approved installer and is therefore not available as supply only.
We will call you within 24 hours of receiving your order to book a time and date for your Trackstar TM100 installation at a location convenient to you.
There will be a subscription form which you will need to complete relating to the network subscriptions. We will request some of the information required once your order has been confirmed and will use these details to ensure that the system is made live on installation. However, Trackstar will still need to receive further security information as well as the original form, signed by the vehicle owner, once the installation has been carried out. Both the subscription form as well as the unit will be brought to you on the day of installation by the engineer.
Arranging the installation
As we will arrange your installation at a location convenient to you, we would be grateful if you would bear in mind that as the installation will be carried out by a mobile engineer, he will be affected by bad weather conditions which can cause delays and for this reason, although we will let you know whether the installation will be carried out in the morning or afternoon, we cannot give exact installation times.

Before booking an installation with us, please bear in mind that our engineers are not allowed by law, to work on the roadside or in public car parks. We are however, more than happy to carry out installations at your home or work address and in business or private car parks. |
